Job Title: IBM Watson Business Analyst
Job Summary: The IBM Watson Business Analyst will play a key role in understanding client requirements, analyzing data, and developing solutions powered by Watson's AI and cognitive technologies. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical knowledge and business acumen, with a focus on implementing AI solutions that optimize business processes and decision-making.
· Experience: 8 to 10 yrs.
· Required Skills: Prior experience with IBM Watson (e.g., Watson Assistant, Watson NLP, Watson Studio)
Nice to have skills:
· IBM Watson certification or other relevant certifications in AI and data science.
· Experience in healthcare where AI solutions have a significant impact.
· Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities:
· Understanding business operations, goals, and challenges, particularly in areas where AI can bring value (e.g., customer service, automation, data analysis).
· Familiarity with IBM Watson technologies or similar AI tools and platforms.
· Ability to clearly articulate complex AI solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
· Strong ability to analyze data and identify trends and insights.
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to manage project timelines and deliverables.
· Ability to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.
· Leads, directs, or participates in agile client requirement gathering discussions; develops and documents solution requirements, communicates and collaborates with technical resources in their actualization
· Works with client to develop conversational solution specification. Designs dialogs, utterances, intents, and synonyms using Watson Assistant
