The client is looking for someone who has C++ development on the AS/400 with TCP/IP, sockets, API’s. multithreading and file systems.  They will be doing some work work COBOL on the AS/400.  This is a 6 month contract in central NJ.

 

The client will do a phone interview first followed by a face to face.

 

AS/400 developer with C/C++ experience to support our client.  You will be responsible for design and development of new functions and maintenance of existing programs.

 

Required skills:
·         AS/400 development experience using C/C++ and COBOL
·         Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
·         Self-driven with the ability to work independently
·         An understanding and experience with object oriented programming and development.\
·         Experience with TCP/IP, sockets, STL libraries, API’s, multihreading and filesystems.
