Project Manager – Mortgage Servicing & UAT
Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: Long Term

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Mortgage Servicing and UAT experience to lead UAT planning, coordination, execution, and delivery. The ideal candidate will work closely with business and technology teams to ensure successful testing, issue management, documentation, and program reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead overall UAT planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Partner with the team leader to develop and maintain the UAT Playbook.
• Track and manage workstream issues, gaps, and observations.
• Document and maintain evidence for all completed test cases.
• Update program-level playbooks, including capabilities, policies & procedures, and decisions required.
• Provide weekly status reports covering progress, risks, issues, and required decisions.
• Coordinate with business, technology, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure timely UAT completion.

Required Skills

• Must have strong Mortgage Servicing experience.
• Must have hands-on UAT experience.
• Strong project management, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Experience managing testing issues, defects, risks, and action items.
