As a Data Analytics Developer / Business Intelligence Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional, agile teams to design and deliver scalable analytics solutions that power healthcare products and insights. This role focuses on building modern BI and data solutions using Power BI, Amazon QuickSight, and AWS to support healthcare analytics for enterprise customers across the U.S. and globally.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of Power BI and Amazon QuickSight analytics solutions supporting healthcare information system (HIS) products and customers.
• Build and maintain published data assets, data pipelines, and enterprise reporting solutions.
• Own the design, development, and delivery of BI and data analytics solutions aligned to customer and product requirements.
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to support end-to-end product development.
• Translate voice-of-customer and business requirements into actionable data models, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Support analytics solutions for customers across the U.S. and global markets.
• Contribute within an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, refinement, and reviews.

 

Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence development
• 2+ years of Data Engineering experience
• 3+ years of Microsoft Power BI development, including:
• Custom measures and calculations
• Data modeling and table relationships
• Advanced visualizations and slicers
• DAX and M-language scripting
• 1+ year of Amazon QuickSight development for enterprise analytics
• 2+ years of experience with AWS data services and products
• 2+ years working in an Agile development environment
• Strong skills in product planning, requirements gathering, and documenting voice of customer
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
