Senior Azure .NET Developer
Grand Rapids, MI (Onsite)

12-18 months (Mid Term)

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Lead the design and development of enterprise-level applications using .NET Core and Azure services.
• API Development: Develop and maintain robust, secure, and high-performance REST APIs.
• Cloud Engineering: Implement solutions utilizing core Azure Development services, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB, Key Vault, and API Management (APIM).
• Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, write and optimize complex SQL queries, and ensure data integrity and performance.
• DevOps and CI/CD: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated, fast, and reliable software deployment.
• Containerization: Leverage Docker and Kubernetes (K8s) for application deployment, scaling, and management in a cloud environment.
• Process and Collaboration: Actively participate in an Agile development process, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Communication: Clearly articulate technical concepts, issues, and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required (Must-Have) Skills

• Core Technology: .NET Core (C#)
• Cloud Computing: Azure Development (Azure Functions, Service Bus, Logic App, Cosmos DB, KeyVault, APIM)
• Database: SQL, Strong in writing and optimizing queries.
• API/Web Services: REST API development.
• DevOps/SRE:  CI/CD (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions) and Docker/K8S hands-on experience.
• Process & Soft Skills: Agile Process experience, Good in communication (written and verbal).

Preferred (Good-to-Have) Skills

• Messaging: Kafka
• Industry Knowledge: Retail Domain/POS Knowledge
• Other Technologies: Java Development Knowledge, Maven/Spring Boot
• Data/Integration: Azure Data Factory
• Tools/Scripting: Yaml (for configuration/pipelines) and Postman (advanced usage)
