Location - Minneapolis 1 day a week (Hybrid model)

Requirement #1:
Location Requirements: Hybrid
Contract: 3 months

The candidate will be working on a variety of projects for the CRM capability.  Overall experience with CRM Cloud Data and/or Cloud Data, and Informatica.
Test Experience in
API/Web Services
Oracle Database – PL/SQL
SQL / Backend Data
IVR

Must have a combination of functional and automation experience
Must be able to communicate with the business and development team on a daily basis (daily stand ups)  
Lead the QA efforts for sprint planning, writing test cases and test execution for each sprint  
Present and demo the QA progress after each sprint to the project team and business  
Coordinate / collaborate automation solutions (Selenium experience preferred)  
Create SQL scripts with test cases  
CRM / IVR / Data experience  
 


Requirement #2:
Sr. QA Analyst (Policy Values/Calculations)
Duration: Candidate will be considered for conversion after 3 months on the job
Location: Hybrid work arrangement: Golden Valley, MN office 2-3 days/week, other days remote

Description:
Seeking a QA Analyst/Sr. QA Analyst with strong mathematics skills and experience in testing to join our Policy Values QA team.
This position has a strong focus on product calculations, and daily interaction with our actuaries may be necessary.  
For this position we are considering local candidates only, as this role is contract to hire.
This is a hybrid position, with an expectation for the team member to work from our Golden Valley office 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days being remote.  
This person will join an existing team of QA’s and support the policy values validation for the supported product line (Fixed/Variable Annuities, or Life products).  

Qualifications & Experience:
4-year degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or Computer Science is strongly preferred
Experience documenting test cases, test results, and defects in a formal ALM tool (Jira, MTM/TFS, HP QC; AZL uses Polarion)
Passion for math, problem solving, and extreme attention to detail are required
Interpersonal skills and ability to work with technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization
Strong communicator with the ability to present findings to our business and project partners
Knowledge and/or experience working in a scaled agile (SAFe) environment is a plus

The qualified candidate will need to learn the following skills, but prior experience is not necessary (we will train):
Develop comprehensive knowledge and features of the assigned product line (Fixed/Variable Annuities or Life)
Learn how to execute and create automated test cases (we will train on the script-less automation tools in use at Allianz Life)


Requirement #3:
Sr. Data Tester/QA Analyst

Required:
Candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in QA
Candidates should have strong SQL skills
Candidates should understand the concepts of test data provisioning process in lower environments like data mining, synthetic data key in / provisioning for other QA teams
Candidates should possess strong Analytical skills and be a fast learner.
Good interpersonal skills and experience in working directly with other QA leads, business SMEs and Data Architects  
Preference for candidates who have worked in Financial Services or Insurance domain
Preference for candidates who have worked in a Test Data Management role with exposure to TDM tool like Delphix / Genrocket / CA TDM
Preference for candidates who have worked on a request / ticket based system of handling test data requests for other QA teams

Additional Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Excellent collaboration skills, building rapport with other QA team members
Excellent analytical skills, must be able to dig deep and understand stand the data
Coordinate / collaborate automation solutions
Ability to identify risks and communicate to the team/lead


Requirement #4:
QA Analyst (Data)
Minneapolis, MN
6 Months

Requirements:  
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)  
Excellent collaboration skills, building relationships with the business and development team  
Excellent analytical skills, must be able to dig deep and understand stand the strategy  
Lead the QA efforts for planning, writing test cases and test execution along with status reports  
Coordinate / collaborate automation solutions  
Create SQL scripts with test cases

Additional Requirements:
QA Experience with at least few months of exposure to data testing.
Intermediate skills on working with database queries  
Knowledge of how to write complex queries which include multiple joins and conditional statements
updating existing queries written by other tester
Basic understanding of Stored procedures / DB Views
Ability to understand data mappings in mapping documents under guidance from QA lead / senior testers and ask questions if there are any
Ability to engage and discuss with data architects / data developers, ask questions and get the information required
Prior experience with an ETL automation tool like Query Surge / any other will be an added advantage. Candidate will be expected to learn Automation and deliver if he does not have prior experience with Query Surge
Candidate should be a quick learner and ready to take new challenges.
Knowledge of any automation software will be an added advantage
 


Requirement #5:
QA TEAM Lead

Description/Required:
QA lead who has managed / lead large scale system integration testing and end to end testing prior to this and groom s/he in Test Environment activities.  
We are looking for candidate who has experience working with multiple teams, who has performed / led end to end testing efforts which involved multiple applications of various technologies.  
This person should have a good general knowledge base of environment, jobs and connectivity concepts e.g., Databases, backups and restores, Jobs, parameter files, cross wiring, APIs, code (db/app) and incident management.
This candidate needs to identify, document, report and track issues, dependencies and can communicate effectively with multiple teams.  
S/he should have excellent leadership and communication skills e.g., verbal and written and should have an open personality so team quickly adopt this person and work with them as a team member.
