Job Description:

Role Summary

Bridge business and technology teams by translating business requirements into actionable solution requirements.

Key Responsibilities
•                     Expertise in eliciting, analyzing, documenting, and validating business requirements.
•                     Skilled in translating complex business needs into detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
•                     Experience in preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).
•                     Strong ability to identify business problems and recommend effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
•                     Proficient in managing requirement changes throughout the project lifecycle.
•                     Proven ability to engage with business stakeholders, senior leadership, technical teams, and external
•                     Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
•                     Experience maintaining project artifacts and ensuring documentation compliance.

Required Skills

Experience in business process mapping and workflow analysis.
Ability to create As-Is and To-Be process models.
Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and use case diagrams.
Experience in process improvement and gap analysis.
Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
 Strong expertise in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
Ability to gather business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
 Experience in creating BRD, FRD, SRS, user stories, and use cases.
 Proficiency in requirements traceability and change management.
Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
Experience analyzing KPIs, trends, and business performance metrics.
