Role: OFSAA Production Support

Location: Cleveland, OH

Duration: 6+ months contract

Job description:

Incumbent to be responsible for production support of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Application (OFSAA) Platform used for Currency Monitoring & Reporting.
Level-1 and Level-2 Support included, additionally some Level of L-3 may also be required.
Coordination with Oracle, troubleshooting issues, participating in org mandated regulatory and compliance activities, testing and SME Support.
