Oracle 9i Installation freezes at 85%

Hi
Im installing oracle 9i 9.2.0.4.0 on SLES10 SP2. I installed oracle
base and set the oraparam.ini, i enabled oracle user and add it to dbs
oinstall, and disk groups.I changed oracle users home directory and
edited /etc/profile.d/oracle.shto change ORACLE_BASE,ORACLE_HOME and
ORACLE_SID. I run “/usr/sbin/rcoracle start" and then run the
installation. Everything went fine until database configuration. I
chose software only and then it freezes at 85%. Always at the same
place. There is no error coming up, nothing in log files. I have got
sufficient swap partition and free memory.
I really don't where to go from there. Please help. I'm very fresh
with oracle and linux so it might be something silly.
