Hi,
We are looking for a "Data Analyst" for a direct client of us.The following is the job description.
DATA ANALYST
Brief Description of Position:
This resource would be working with Channel Account Managers and
Partner/Customers to identify any violations in contract access. The
resource would be working with directly thru the account manager and
customer to identify those contract and users that are associated with the
Customer/Partner. They would then would work with the partner/customer to
identify the violations and work with IT to help run scripts to clean up the
data.
In addition, would be working with the global accounts teams to come up with
material and training for partners to ensure these types of violations do
not occur again.
Skill Set Needed:
Excellent Communication Skills - Verbal
Excellent Written Skills
Customer Oriented - Ability to understand and work with customers thru issue
resolution
Experience working with partners and customers for multi-billion dollar
business
Experience within the service business - basic understanding of service
industry a plus
Data Analysis – Excel, Access, SQL knowledge
Business Objects knowledge a plus
Technology Savvy - Ability to learn knew applications quickly to apply to
the job
Self Driven - Motivated
Day to Day Activity:
1) Ability to run scripts to mine for data
2) Verbal and written skills to work with partners/customers
3) Identify incorrect data based on criteria
4) Run scripts to clean up data
5) Ability to work with IT & Biz to communicate requirements
6) Excellent analytical skills..."to peel the layers of the onion"
