Project Overview :

We are currently defining 8 key biz metrics at the organization level to
help us better measure the health of our service sales business. The Biz
definitions for these metrics have been completed. We are currently defining
the operational definitions of these metric and then moving on to the
reporting phase of the project. We will need to create a Dashboard to report
these metrics and might do so using Siebel Technology.
Skillset :
-------------
* Highly skilled in Biz Analysis by Process Breakdown (Decomposition) and
creating Process Flows.
* Ability to Communicate Effectively and Build Consensus with a
Cross-Functional Team
* Strong Leadership Quality
* Detailed Oriented and Ability to build Subject-matter-expertise in a short
period of time.
* Ability to Deal with a Lot of Data and Play around with MS Access / Excel
or any such Desktop based Databases.
Deliverables
-----------------
* Work with Cross Functional Teams to Define and Operationalize Key Biz
Metrics (ex. opportunity to Booking cycle time, service contract accuracy,
on-time renewal, etc)
* Work with a lot of Data during the Pilot Phase of the Metric Reporting
where the Calculations might need to be done manually with limited IT
support.
* Work with Biz / IT Team to define the requirements for a Metrics Dashboard
