Job Summary Information:

Title: Senior Linux Engineer

Location: Colorado Springs, CO



Duration: 6+ month contract with potential of extension

Pay Rate: DOE

Top Skills:

1. 5+ years of RedHat Linux Administration experience

a. (install, configure, understand libraries, ports, files, performance tune, Troubleshoot, monitor logs, monitor applications, secure systems, and document
process and procedures)

2. Scripting experience, Perl preferred - Bash, Ksh, Shell accepted

a. (automate procedures, patching testing, and authentication)

3. Experience setting up Configuration Management tools

a. (Puppet, Chef, Spacewalk, Jumpstart, etc.)

4. PLUS - Experience with Active Directory in a Linux environment (single sign-on; user authentication mapping with Linux/UNX)



Job Summary:

· The selected candidate will be the team's primary technical professional for their high-priority Single-Sign On (SSO) initiative, authenticating Active
Directory in a Sun/Red-Hat Environment.

· Client is seeking a Linux Administrator to assist with the day-to-day operations and maintenance of their RedHat Linux server and OS environment.

· The ideal candidate will be the main contributor to a single-sign on project connecting Active Directory with the UNIX/Linux environments. Successful
execution of this project and this role will require the following skills
