Team,

I have a quick question regarding the Google OR Tools .

1. Is Google OR Tools is a  Optimization tool that comes under the category of Artificial Intelligence?. If yes Could you please explain the Reason behind it.
2.Can the Machine Learning   be able to be applied with the Google Or Tools? If Yes please provide some use case scenario.

Thanks and appreciate your help.

Thanks & Regards,
Manoj

Operations Research at Google is part of Google AI, so it's fair to say (although not everyone would) that OR-Tools is an AI tool.

OR-Tools makes use of many techniques, one of which is conflict-driven clause learning.

You want to choose the right technique for the problem. If you don't know anything about the structure of your solution space, that might argue for a technique like neural nets; if you know you have a scheduling problem, you want to use one of the solvers that OR-Tools provides access to, such as the new CP-SAT solver. Sometimes you want to blend classic ML techniques and OR techniques; it all depends on what the problem is.
