routing set max travel time for vehicle

My problem is the start time for vehicle is not fixed,. how to calcute the travel time and set max constraint?

have a second dimension for travel time. With a start of 0 and a max slack of 0.

This time dimension just contains the transport time. If I want to contain the wait time(slack var), how can I solve it ?

Use a different function, with the same matrix. There are examples in the code that do this, as I recall.

I know your idea. However, I not only need the transport time but also need the slack time.
