Limiting the time from pickup to delivery

I have a CVRPTW problem. 

The problem is about moving passengers from one point to another. One limitation i have is that the total time a passenger can spend on the vehicle is limited to - say - 1 hour.

In terms of ORTools I need to make sure that it only finds routes that where the time from a pickup to delivery is limited to 1 hour.

I understand that the best way to accomplish this with ORTools is putting some constraints on time dimension. 

Does anyone have some clues or even an example code that puts constraints on time from pickup to delivery in ORTools??
