CpModel and AddExactlyOne

Hi!

I was following this example

https://github.com/google/or-tools/blob/master/examples/python/flexible_job_shop_sat.py

But whenever I try to run it, it says CpModel has no attribute called AddExactlyOne. Any way to remake this part using other method?

The code on master is ahead of the last release.  If you want to use it, you should recompile OR-Tools from sources.
