Modifying Python Example for Nurse Scheduling Problem

Hello Everyone. I tried to run nurse scheduling at https://developers.google.com/optimization/scheduling/employee_scheduling. I tried to change the number of nurses from 4 to higher number. but the code failed to run with the error below. Can anyone help me on this.

The constraints are hardcoded such that the number of nurses is equal to some other numbers in the model.

You need to understand the model to modify it :-)
