CP SAT WallTime unit: seconds or milliseconds?

Hi,

Could it be that the unit of the CP SAT solver's WallTime() has changed from milliseconds to seconds? Or did I misread it the first time?

CP-SAT has always been seconds.

The original CP solver was in milliseconds.
