Installation Or-tools on Windows

Good morning Or-tools-discussion forum, I'm new to Or_Tools

I keep trying the Binary Installation on Windows from google ortools for Java, but it doesn't work for me, I'll tell you how I did the installation:

1.      When I do the "Binary Installation" in Windows https://developers.google.com/optimization/install/java/windows

This download a Zip file "or-tools_VisualStudio2019-64bit_v9.0.9048" and the instruction is to download it and unzip it, But:

•       Where should I unzip it?

•       When unzipping it there is a file for its installation?

•       What other action should I take?

2.      This also happens with FlatZinc for VisualStudio2019 which also downloads a Zip file “or-tools_flatzinc_VisualStudio2019-64bit_v9.0.9048”, and the same questions are repeated.

You get a jar and some dlls. I believe in the ortools-9.0.9048/lib directory.

You need to use them in your project, and add the java.library.path to point to the same directory.

And don't forget to add visual studio 2019 64bit redistributables.

The flatzinc archive is a self contained binary with some mzn file needed by the minizinc frontend. There should be an ortools.msc file to you with the integration.
