Plot VRP result plot using networkx graph and base map

 have a vehicle routing (VRP) model output currently visulized using networkx.  

 

In addition, I want add a base map (e.g. google map/mplleaflet map) to place it under the VRP graph, so that users can clearly see how the routes are schedeuled across the geographic landscape. Is there any base map can support networkx package, or any other useful plotting tools? Many thanks
