Time Windows Constraint

I have a CVRPTW problem, however, while considering time windows, I would also need to consider the buffer time like loading unloading time, which depends on the number of nodes in the route. Although by intital time windows the vehicle reaches the nodes on time as per time windows, the buffer time when considered violates time windows, how do I model such problem
