Hello,

This is my first message to this group, thanks in advance for any help!  ^_^

I'm following the documentation (https://developers.google.com/optimization/install/cpp/source_linux#ubuntu-20.04-lts) to build OR-Tools from sources (tested on tags v7.8 and v8.1) on Ubuntu 20.04, the `make third_party` prints the following error:

 "/bin/sh: 0: Illegal option -r"

This can be fixed by running: `sudo apt install swig`

Might be a good idea to update the documentation! Right?   =)

Cheers!
Thiago
