Deterministic solvers

Hello,

Are the solvers in or-tools deterministic? That is, if I solve the same problem several time I always get the same solution.

MIP and routing should be.

CP-SAT is not by default in parallel. Can be forced to be deterministic at the cost of a big slowdown.
