Live Hospitality Scheduling Optimisation System Built with OR-Tools

Hi everyone,

I’ve been building a rota/scheduling optimisation system using OR-Tools CP-SAT and wanted to share a live demo of the project.

The system is focused on real-world hospitality/workforce scheduling rather than toy examples, and has been tested against genuinely difficult staffing scenarios with varying contracts, availability, role requirements, and operational constraints.

My team and I have been using it live for over a month now.
