svn connection refused

Hi all,

I'm trying to build or-tools on Ubuntu 14.04 and make third_party fails when i get to the following:

svn co http://google-apputils-python.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/ -r 14 dependencies/sources/google_apputils_python-14
svn: E000111: Unable to connect to a repository at URL 'http://google-apputils-python.googlecode.com/svn/trunk'
svn: E000111: Error running context: Connection refused


Is this an issue on my end or is there something up with the SVN server on googlecode.com? ?

Also just to mention, if i go into the makefile and grab another svn co example,

svn co svn://vcs.exim.org/pcre/code/trunk

it successfully checks it out.

I will update make third_party asap.

Hmm, looks like it works on my Mac machine but not on my Ubuntu machine.

I must be doing something wrong..
