Here is the election email and process. What do you think?

الأعزاء أعضاء وعضوات مجموعة عقال

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته 

يسرنا أن نفتح باب الترشح لعضوية مجلس إدارة الشرقية للفترة القادمة 2017-2018

علمًا أن شرط الترشح هو:

• أن يكون المرشح أو المرشحة عضوًا فاعلاً في إحدى اللجان في السنة التي تسبق ترشيحه.

فعلى من ينطبق عليهم الشرط، إرسال أسمائهم على البريد in...@oqal.org بعنوان (طلب ترشح لعضوية مجلس الإدارة/ الشرقية) أو (طلب تجديد عضوية مجلس الإدارة/ الشرقية) وذلك قبل نهاية يوم السبت 21 ديسمبر 2016.

وللعلم يمكن لأعضاء المجلس الذين خدموا في المجلس لفترة واحدة تجديد عضويتهم مباشرة ولا يمكن للأعضاء الذين خدموا لفترتين تجديد عضويتهم في المجلس.

ستشرف على الترشيحات لجنة مستقلة مكونه من إبراهيم سعد المعجل و عبدالرحمن خالد الزامل 

سيفتح الباب للتصويت من 22 ديسمبر الى 29 ديسمبر وستعلن النتائج في بداية العام المقبل
