Optimizing my web sites

I tried many methods after reading SEO articles, guides, but still do
not get anough traffic nor indexing my sites by google in over 2
years. Why?
-I use one sharing host comany
-I use most links(out) I creaied to internlink my all sites,as the
template of host automaically create the web site.
- I got some affiliate links on the sites.
Does it matter?

Please advise & it is appreciate if expert SEO webmasters give me
some insights.
