[OS] Configuring with mosek

Has anybody successfully configured either OS or Cbc with Mosek. I am
wondering what settings to use for --with-mosek-lib and
--with-mosek-incdir on the configure step. I also do not understand an
error message I am getting:

configure: error: Cannot find symbol(s) MSK_makeenv with MSK

I am obviously doing something wrong, but I can't figure it out. Any hints?
