Hello,

I appreciate the group help I've had with Optibike (the charging issue post was that I had a 36V charger which was replaced with a 48V charger - problem solved!).  My tag name was mb tikit but I wasn't using the email so it wasn't working or I deleted the account.

I've had a great experience with Optibike. I had an earlier Optibike that I traded up for my current 2012 Pearl White 1100R. I am selling for two reasons:

-back problems have led to me to recumbent biking; I do not use upright bikes anymore
-want the money for a trade in to a Tesla

It is in good condition. I have maintained it well, including care for the Rohfloff hub and regular maintenance of the suspension done by a professional bike shop. I had one mishap - it was a simple fix for Optibike, and also received a newer battery. We decided the scuff gave the bike personality and didn't have it repainted.

It has 6,685 miles - I have used the cycle computer for every ride. It's reliability is bullet proof.
I can send the original receipt to show the equipment as requested. It comes with an Old Man Mountain rear rack - heavy duty. I bought an electronic shifting system which I never installed - I can throw that in with it - I haven't opened it to install. Also included: rohloff oil change kit, pit-locks, pit-lock keys, axles, numerous parts, fenders, original and new bike seats (three total; the red one on the bike is Italian), rear view mirrors, original equipment with Knog cycle computer, TiGr lock, 26" Schwalbe tires (marathon, winter studded, and racer), tubes, brake pads, monkeylights, original and more. I will keep the Dinotte light on the back but otherwise everything else is included.

It's a great bike and deserves a good owner who will use it.

It was bought a little over $14k, with a lot of equipment bought over time beyond the initial bike. Selling for $7k or best offer.  Prefer in person pickup in Minneapolis. Shipping will cost whatever the bike shop charges and no extra. Paypal is requested due to security for both seller and buyer.

How old is the battery?  How many miles on it (cycles)?

How do you get cycle information on the battery? I'm considering selling my 850R.
