opti_install can't find pre-requisites

I have followed the instructions after receiving the error message:

Cannot find the Microsoft VC++ 2017 x64 Redistributable!

Cannot find the Intel Fortran XE 2017 x64 Redistributable!

I have followed the links and installed Microsoft VC++ 2017 and the latest update for Intel Fortran XE 2018. However, even after restarting MatLab and my computer I am still getting this error.

What else am I missing?

Also, I am using Matlab R2017b on a Windows x64 and have made sure to install the x64 options

uninstalled Matlab and re-installed same version. opti_install now works!
