Once unzipped, you can delete the downloaded zip directory. The unzipped folder containing the toolbox should be placed somewhere permanent (i.e. not Downloads or Temporary Files) so that you don't inadvertently delete it later. However you can realistically put it wherever you like.

Subject: Installation OPti toolbox in Matlab
Hi
I have downloaded the opti toolbox and went through the instructions but it is not clear to me where can I keep this zip folder?
Should I unzip this folder within the MATLAB toolbox? or any where that I want. Note that I am using MATLAB 2014a.
Any advice/help about installation of opti toolbox for Matlab would be greatly appreciated.
Regards, Mustafa
