error running

Hi, I am trying to install OPTI in Windows 10 and I am having the following error message:

  INSTALLING OPTI TOOLBOX ver 2.28

- Checking MATLAB version and operating system...

Error using regexp

Invalid option for regexp: \..

Error in opti_Install>matlabVerCheck (line 195)

vv = regexp(mver.Version,'\.','split');

Error in opti_Install (line 38)

matlabVerCheck();

Can you please help me with that? I don't know what is wrong.
