Job Title: Senior Developer – React Native

Location:Atlanta, GA -Onsite
Tenure: 6 months w/ possible extensions
Interview Process: 1 internal + 1 client (all video interviews)

Job Summary: The Senior Developer will oversee and coordinate various projects within the organization, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. This role requires expertise in Javascript and React Native, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions. The candidate will work in a hybrid model, primarily during the day shift, and will not require travel.

Experience: 8-10 yrs

Top 3 Must Haves:
1. Very strong REACT NATIVE senior developer
2. Individual contributor
3. Excellent Communication

Required Skills:
Strong in some or all - HTML5, CSS3, javaScript, TypeScript.
Strong in front-end technologies such as React NATIVE , REDUX .
Experience with REST APIs, data fetching, and integrating with backend services
Experience with Detox testing framework
Strong in site tuning and performance optimization (HTTP Profiling, PageSpeed, etc.), including asset bundling, and code minification

Responsibilities:
• An individual contributor with excellent communication skills, to drive complex stakeholders' communication.
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex React Native applications.
• Architect and build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance mobile solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, backend) to define and deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Write clean, well-documented, and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues effectively.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in React Native, mobile development, and industry best practices.
• Drive technical innovation and explore new technologies to improve our development processes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal tools and libraries.
