Force a move

Hi,

It is possible to force a move ? I have chained variables, with one courier and drop_off/pick_up locations

courier1 -> pickup1 -> dropoff

courier2 ->

If optaplnner moves pickup1 to the courier2, i want to force the dropoff to move to the last position of courier2

courier1 ->

courier2 -> pickup1 -> dropoff1

It is possible ?
