Startup - Looking for Optaplanner experts for VRPPD

My name is Kosta and I am in the early stages of starting up a route optimization software company focused on the bulk trucking industry.  Im looking for passionate, ambitious, collaborative and dependable route optimization experts to be apart of our company.  We are seeking individuals who have a deep knowledge in optaplanner/timefold, vrppd and have the ability to layer on additional constraints and variables to tackle a specific segment of the trucking industry.  Also open to leveraging AI and ML.  

I have successfully built and sold my two prior startups and looking for great team members to join my third on the ground floor.
