**Duration:** 6+ Months Contract (High possibility of extension to 12+ months)
## Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Workforce Application Consultant (Technical/Functional)** to join our team on a long-term contract. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience configuring Workforce Suite applications, supporting implementations, and working directly with clients to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires both technical configuration expertise and functional consulting skills, with the ability to mentor team members and lead client engagements.
## Responsibilities
• Configure Workforce Suite applications based on detailed customer requirements.
• Perform application setup, screen layouts, workflows, calculations, and configuration changes.
• Develop and maintain complex formulas using mathematical and programming concepts.
• Conduct unit testing and system testing to validate configured solutions.
• Collaborate with project teams to deliver client implementations within project timelines.
• Provide application configuration training to clients as required.
• Assist with data migration, data loading, and system initialization activities for go-live.
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide production support.
• Ensure timely and professional communication with clients.
• Review team members' work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Mentor and support junior consultants.
• Participate in weekly resource allocation meetings, leadership meetings, and project status calls.
• Act as the liaison between the client and delivery teams, proactively addressing project needs and ensuring successful delivery.
## Required Qualifications
• 12+ years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Workforce Suite applications.
• Strong technical and functional consulting experience.
• Experience configuring workflows, business rules, screen layouts, and calculations.
• Ability to write and troubleshoot complex formulas.
• Experience with application testing, implementation, and production support.
• Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience mentoring or leading implementation teams.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
## Required Certifications
• PT-101 Certification (Required)
• PT-102 Certification (Required)
• PT-103 Certification (Preferred)
## Preferred Skills
• Experience leading Workforce Suite implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data migration and go-live support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
