Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Databricks Architect with strong expertise in HEDIS and Inovalon projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Databricks on Azure, data modeling concepts specific to healthcare data (HEDIS), and integration with Inovalon systems.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Azure Databricks solutions for healthcare data projects (HEDIS, Inovalon).
  • Develop scalable data models aligned with HEDIS reporting standards.
  • Collaborate with business and data teams to define architecture and best practices.
  • Optimize data pipelines, ensure security and compliance in Azure environments.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance.
Required Skills:
  • Strong Azure Databricks architecture and development experience.
  • Deep knowledge of HEDIS and Inovalon project workflows.
  • Expertise in data modeling, ETL design, and healthcare data standards.
  • Experience with Azure services like Data Factory, Synapse, and ADLS.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
