to OPSU Math-ese
We are working on the 2010 summer workshop right now! It will be
called Math-Ese 5.0 and will focus on technology in math. we are
considering supplying a laptop AND an Apple ipod touch for each
participant. None of this is for sure yet, as our budget has been cut
AGAIN and we will have to see how to best spend our money. We will be
applying for the grant in October and will know something in December.
I will send more information as it is received.
Also, remember November 7th andd 14th, the two follow-up days for our
2009 workshop. I will be sending you more information and reminders of
what you are to provide prior to returning to the OPSU campus.

As I am sure you recall, I would like for you to use the money you had allocated for me in this workshop to someone else...
I don't know enough to contribute much of value about technology in teaching math...and besides, I am trying to REALLY
retire this time! Jerry Michelic can do any of the things I have done in the past...I do plan to attend the follow up sessions
in November, of course. See you soon. Pauline
