The Information Photonics and Optical Communications (IPOC) is an international conference jointly organized by Nanyang Technological University (NTU) and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications (BUPT).  All major areas in photonics, information and communication technologies will be covered in talks, along with tutorial sessions and invited/special sessions. This is an opportunity for researchers around the world to exchange ideas and latest research results in areas such as photonic materials, fiber-based devices, complex systems, communications, networking and related fields. We look forward to your participation so as to make this IPOC 2011 an exciting and fruitful event.
