Compulsory Meet for junior members at 7:30 pm

Hi
All junior members we have a game scheduled at 10 pm in the night. So in order to ensure that all the members are aware of their roles during the conduct of the game, a meet is scheduled at 7:30 pm. The primary agenda of the meet would be assigning roles to the forum members for the successful conduct of the game so that there would be no confusion among the members when the game is actually being played out
It is necessary we work as a group to ensure the smooth conduct of the game. So, kindly turn up for the meet at the designated time between C & D hostel.
