Chef 11 for Grizzly?

Putting this into a new thread. It sounds like folks have come around to Chef 11, does anyone have strong objections to updating the dependencies to Chef 11? I'll give this thread a week for an objection. If none are voiced, I'll move this bug from Havana to Grizzly and update the dependencies next Thursday.
