[ANN] Pax Web 11.1.0 released

Hello

I'd like to announce new release of Pax Web 11.1.0. This is a new minor (not micro) release, because we've have an upgrade from Jetty 12.0.x to 12.1.x.

Note - parallel 10.1.x release (version compatible with Jakarta EE 8, using Jetty ee8 flavor) will be prepared later, as there's some problem with Jetty IO on ee8...

Current runtime versions are:

• Jetty 12.1.4
• Tomcat 11.0.14
• Undertow 2.3.20.Final

We've fixed these issues:

• #2099: URI Compliance - thanks @garpinc for the report - there's new option to set Jetty's "decodeAmbiguousURIs" flag
• #2106: ClassPathUtil doesn't work with Bundle-ClassPath equals to "." - thanks @nicolasbron
• Two session related issue with Jetty 12

For completeness, the changelog is available for 11.1.0[1].
