Hi,

after our latest downtime of Jenkins, and I fear currently it's again not usable.

I worked on having circle-ci in version 2 as Build-Environment for Pax-Web:

The whole build cycle could be reduced from about 1,5 hours to less than an hour.

The reason for this is the possibility to have separate build containers for each web-container.

Right now also the latest master build will be pushed to the oss sonatype repsitory:

I'll try to make those changes also to the other version branches.

One big benefit, when ported to all versions: All pull-requests will automatically checked.
