Hi

looks like we do have another issue with our Jira/Confluence right now.
New Users are only attached to the jira-users group, for full access those users need to be of type developer. I'm researching right now where this is configured :)

@ALL, if you just registered recently and don't have access right now, please give me a hint, so I can add you to the developers group also.

regards, Achim

Update - I just went through all 920 accounts, it looks like around 10 have been affected, and the common pattern is, it happened to new accounts starting this year, or february.

All of those people affected, now should have the proper privileges to open Issues or edit the Wiki.

I'm still looking how to enable those groups per default again.

regards, Achim

Hi Achim,

I just recently faced a similar issue. What you can do to resolve this is adding the users group to the jura-users group.

This will add the rights to create new issues automatically when a new user registers.

Best,

- Christoph

Hi,

I corrected the groups, you should have full access now.
About commit rights, just give me your github ID, I'm gonna add you to the commiters, asap.

regards, Achim

Hello,

I've just created a JIRA account and can't create issues. I think it's
still an issue. Could you please help?

P.S. I would also like to contribute to some repositories. I think the way
to do it now is via github.com/ops4j/ . Can you confirm? If yes, what do I
have to do to get commit rights?

Regards,
