My apologies, I meant to send the previous message to the infra list,
not to the general one, and somehow didn't notice the incorrect address.
No harm is done, I hope...

Cheers,
Harald

Confluence -> I like your proposal. I also think that AsciiDoc,
versioned static page generation, and hosted on GitHub is the way to
go. Qi4j has done well, inspired by Neo4j. The tricky bit is to get it
into the build system with Maven. Neo4j has a fairly convoluted way to
do it with Maven, whereas Qi4j uses Gradle and a much simpler
approach. I can assist with technical advice, but not able to do the
actual work for Maven.

Jira -> I agree that Atlassian has managed the Jira path much better,
and perhaps they should be given the chance to continue for this
reason only. We should on the other not get totally surprised IF Jira
has similar issues in the future.
No obvious alternative exists either.

Cheers
Niclas

Guys,
I agree (I am a bit biased) on the static ASCIIDOC way. We have a much
cleaner, hopefully very soon full-JVM doc stack on Neo4j, I am happy
to help setting it up.

Look at https://github.com/neo4j-contrib/neo4j-learn for a basic setup
- it's very simple.
