JIRA/Confluence Users and credentials

Hi, 

just again we had an issue with insufficient privileges to a new user of the Jira system. Just wanted to let people know, give us a ping if you are affected. We do use a hosted system by Attlassian, which we are grateful of, but if there is a update it might affect new users. We sometimes don't really take notice of these effects, since it works for most already registered users.

Hello Achim,

I just register with Jira and can't report issues.

P.S. How should I submit patches/commit? Should I do it via https://github.com/ops4j/ ? Do I need to make a special request to be given commit access. I've read the docs but seem a bit outdated with svn references.
