[ANN] Pax Logging 2.0.7 and 1.11.8 released

Hello!

Pax Logging 2.0.7 and 1.11.8 have been released with several dependency upgrades, including Log4j2 2.14.0.

This is also the first pair of releases after Pax Logging issues have been migrated from Jira to GitHub issues.

Because GitHub issues can only be assigned to one "fix version", the issues that are fixed also in 1.11.8 are marked with `status: backported` label and the issues themselves contain information about fixed versions in the description.
