[ANN] Pax JDBC 1.5.2 released

Hello

I'd like to announce a release of Pax JDBC 1.5.2.

This is a minor release updating several driver dependencies (including official MS SQL and Oracle drivers).

Among these, there's an update of MariaDB driver, because version 2.7.2 had an OSGi bug described in CONJ-867[1].

All integration (podman based) tests work fine on JDK8 and JDK11.

I'd like to announce a release of three projects: Pax Transx 0.5.2, Pax JDBC 1.5.3 and Pax JMS 1.1.1

These are typical minor releases with dependency upgrades and common alignment (i.e., these 3 versions should be used together).

There's one bug fix in Pax JDBC related to parsing of DB2 JDBC URIs.
