[ANN] Pax Transx 0.5.0, Pax JMS 1.1.0 and Pax JDBC 1.5.0 released

Hello

I'd like to announce the release of three Pax projects - Pax Transx, Pax JMS and Pax JDBC.

This is a simultaneous release with mutual version alignment and certain amount of refreshment.

This is also a first release of these projects after their issues were migrated from OPS4J Jira to GitHub issues.

Pax Transx:

• Atomikos TM upgraded to 5.0.x
• Narayana TM upgraded to 5.10.x

Pax JMS:

• Added integration tests based on Artemis

Pax JDBC:

• MS SQL Karaf feature uses official MS SQL JDBC driver and no special DataSourceFactory, as the official driver supports OSGi CMPN JDBC specification
• Oracle feature uses official Oracle driver available from Maven Central
• Commons DBCP 2 upgraded to 2.8.0
• I added instructions about running external libraries using docker/podman (includes Oracle, MS SQL Server and DB2)
