This is NOT a traditional Change Management role. We are looking for someone who can operate within Acquisition & Integration (A&M) efforts inside the Information Security organization and help organize, align, and drive execution across teams.
Top Priority Requirements (from Hiring Manager): • Direct experience supporting M&A / Acquisition & Integration (A&M) initiatives • Experience working within Information Security / IT environments (highly preferred) • Strong ability to work with Program/Project Managers and identify + manage stakeholders • Must be able to understand technical initiatives and present them clearly to stakeholders • Someone who can step in and hit the ground running immediately • This person needs to be an organizer and driver of work across A&M teams, not just a change/comms resource What we actually need: • Experience supporting technology/system integrations tied to acquisitions • Ability to assess impacts and help drive execution + alignment across teams • Strong communication skills, especially with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, highly visible environment Nice to have: • Background supporting security-related initiatives • Familiarity with structured environments (PMO, program governance) Disqualifiers (do NOT submit): • Pure Change Management / Communications / Training backgrounds • Candidates who only build decks or training materials without execution ownership • No experience with technology or system-related initiatives • No exposure to M&A / acquisition integration work • Candidates who cannot operate independently or need ramp-up time Tools/Environment: • PMO tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, etc.) • Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, etc.) Bottom line: we need someone who can plug into A&M + InfoSec initiatives, organize stakeholders, understand technical workstreams, and drive execution immediately.
